Abstract
Now is a great time to add law school graduates to your management team. Many recent graduates have opted out of legal practice and shifted their focus to business-related positions. The value is there. Law schools are more focused than ever on ensuring that students engage in hands-on and live client legal work in externships, apprenticeships and clinics. Law schools are also adding business courses to their curricula or partnering with business schools to provide this instruction to build a solid bridge between legal and business knowledge.
