Abstract
ABI Resident Scholar Prof. Melissa Jacoby speaks with Prof. Karen M. Gebbia of the Golden Gate University School of Law about clashes between asset forfeiture actions and bankruptcy. Prof. Gebbia, who currently chairs the American Bar Association's (ABA) Working Group on White Collar Crime, Asset Forfeiture and Business Bankruptcy, talks about her research on the topic and the ABA's resolution on asset forfeiture and bankruptcy law.
