Abstract
This research paper looks at the time needed for an intelligence analyst assigned to Kabul, Afghanistan to acclimate to the environment and become a product member of their organization. A qualitative survey was conducted of the analysts soliciting their opinions on how long it took them to acclimate asking them to take into account the stressors associated with Afghanistan.
