Abstract

We filed a lawsuit against Mission Beach Café, a popular restaurant in the Mission for multiple wage and hour violations. Anna Kirsch, who is the Visiting Professor at WERC this year, is spearheading the litigation with four of our students – Ava Elong, Jamie Cooperman, Theresa Brick, and Caitlin Verano, along with our co-counsel Legal Aid at Work. We represent 9 current and former employees and got the Chronicle to the cover the story.
