Abstract
This article is a reproduction of a panel discussion which took place at Golden Gate University School of Law in January 1993. Of the four panelists who participated in the discussion, three panelists' comments are reprinted here. Thanks to Gina Harmon, Sarah Hughes and Rosanne Calbo-Jackson for their work, along with the Golden Gate Feminist Jurisprudence Speaker Series, in organizing this event.
