Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal

About This Journal

Founded in 2006, the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal (ELJ) is a student-run journal that publishes articles written by environmental law attorneys, practitioners, scholars, and students from around the world. The ELJ is part of Golden Gate University School of Law's nationally-regarded environmental law program, which includes the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic, the JD certificate program in environmental law, and a graduate Environmental Law LLM program. The Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal publishes one annual Volume per year, containing at least one Issue, which may be a Regional Edition or a Symposium Edition. Regional Editions are typically published in April of each year and include articles dealing with all aspects of environmental law. Symposium Editions are published on a rolling basis and feature a thematic focus connected to a Conference or Symposium.
