John Burris (BS 67) has a tremendous record as a plaintiff's civil rights attorney. Among his most high profile cases were the Oakland Riders class action and Rodney King civil suit against the City of Los Angeles. His primary areas of focus for his practice include cases involving police misconduct, employment discrimination and criminal defense.
